Career Systems' approach to the operation of Job Corps centers places the major emphasis on providing quality services to students. This is accomplished by providing work-based learning (primarily delivered through the School-to-Work program); enhancing linkages through joint participation on Workforce Investment Boards, Youth Councils and through One-Stop Centers; implementing customer satisfaction feedback systems; implementing high standards for employability training, occupational knowledge and academic training; adjusting quickly to changing workplace needs; participating in Job Corps' shift from process to outcome evaluation, and implementing sophisticated data collection and improved technology applications.
